125: Thought for Teachers: Will You Destroy the Evidence Holding You Back?
Welcome to Episode 125 of the Teachonomy Talks podcast. Today’s episode is a Thought for Teachers episode, and in it I have a single thought for you to ponder that will hopefully give you something to reflect on as you go about your day.
Today’s thought is this: “Will You Destroy The Evidence Holding You Back?”
Ever wonder why some teachers and leaders appear to have it all together while others just seem lost? I think it comes down to being self-aware, and destroying the evidence’ that we so often look to as truth.
Let’s talk about it…
Listen to today’s episode and take time to reflect, and determine whether or not the ‘evidence’ in your life is helping you flourish, or if it’s stunting your growth. Learn why it is crucial to destroy the “Historical Evidence,” the “Circumstantial Evidence,” and the “Internal Evidence” that often clutters our minds and leads us astray.
We need teachers today who are willing to take risks, defy their circumstances, and destroy their doubts. Be that person, become the teacher you were meant to be.
